Been a crazy week or two. Got hitched out at Rancho Nicasio over the weekend.
Cheeseballs at the wedding = good times and massive “Kung Fu Fighting” melees on the dance floor.
Hats off to the 13-piece Benicia High pep band, setting the pre-ceremony tone (did I hear “99 Red Balloons” in there?)
First dance: “Let’s Stay Together” – Al Green
Cuban cigars, open bars, raw oysters, ribs and bibs – man oh man.

Watching riders scream around a track on two wheels is more
than just sport, it’s balls out entertainment. Always has been. This weekend’s
AMA Superbike Showdown is the most rock ‘n’ roll of annual throwdowns at
Infineon.
(NASCAR being the dip-snortin’ country cousin and Grand Prix
the raised-pinky-finger rosé-swilling uncle).

Poor Man’s Whiskey banjo player Eli Jebediah still remembers his introduction to guitarist Jason Beard:
